Class descriptions

All our classes are suitable for beginners as well as offering nice basic practice for those who have been doing yoga for longer time. Classes are done with bare feet. Please notice, that we have a spacious toilet but not separate changing room.

 

Take with you

  • casual clothes easy to move with

  • water bottle and small towel (own matt if wanted)

  • long sleeves for the relaxation

MORNING FLOW    YOGA

A gentle awakening for the body & mind for the new day. Class includes Sun Salutations and other open and activating poses with breathing and movement binding postures together.

EVENING SLOW   YOGA

Softly unwinding for the evening. Poses are made slowly, relieving tensions at the same time. Yin-like class includes long, relaxing stretches & twists.
